Rimworld Weapon Stats, What confuses me is the sheer number of weapons available and their many stats.

Rimworld Weapon Stats, You can look at the stats of any weapon (or apparel) by selecting them and clicking the little " I " button in the bottom left, or by right clicking on equipped weapons/apparel.
